Toys
DPC
is one of the nation’s largest molders of shape-molded gliders for the toy
industry. Molded
in components—fuselage, two wings, and tail stabilizer—these gliders snap
together easily and can be flown in level flight for long distances or flown in
loops that will return the glider to the thrower.
If they strike a hard object, they will snap apart and can be easily
snapped back together and flown over and over.
Insulated Products
Shippers
- DPC molds a variety of both custom-molded shippers for customers who need to
keep their products cold (smoked hams, milk samples, frozen turkeys, frozen
chickens, vaccines and medicines). They
also have several stock shippers that might fit your packaging needs so that no
mold cost is involved.
Coolers
- DPC has molded a variety of shapes and sizes of foam coolers as both
custom-molded items for particular customers and as proprietary items.
These coolers are lightweight and inexpensive.
Construction Materials
Diversa-Shield
- DPC entered the field of molding construction materials with its own
shape-molded EPS exterior sheeting product called Diversa-Shield.
Molded in a four-foot square size, it featured a unique tongue and groove
lap connector that helped seal the joint and provide extra R-value insulating
properties.
Shingles - DPC molds an imitation-look foam shingle that is not only
attractive, durable and easy to apply, but also provides extra insulation to
your roof.
Fabricated Items
Sheets
- DPC can hotwire-cut 4-foot by 8-foot sheets of various thicknesses to be used
as wall sheeting, insulation and separators.
Because these are cut from a molded billet of expandable polystyrene,
there is no mold/tool cost involved.
Blocks - DPC can also cut blocks of any size from EPS billets for use in
packaging applications. There is no
mold/tool cost involved.
Floatation
Dock
Floatation - DPC provides EPS floatation for boat docks in various sizes as
requested. There is no mold/tool
cost involved.
Valve Floats - DPC can shape mold foam floats for use in such applications as
stock tank water valves and product valve floats.
